Get the key from the back door. It only opens the front door.
Turn the water on under the sink. The water is on if the yellow lever looks like this.
The water must be turned on before turning on the hot water tank.
Go to into the garage and turn on all the breakers in the box above the dryer.
Above the hot water tank is a box that looks like this with the picture showing the hot water tank in the off position. To turn it on set the first dial halfway into the red and the second dial to #2.
